❖Package days do NOT need to be used consecutively, but do need to be used within 90 days of purchase.

❖We accept cash and checks only for payment.

❖Day care and overnight services must be paid at the time of service.

❖Refund Policy: If a package is purchased at the reduced rate and days are used, but you decide to cancel, we will charge you the regular daily rate and refund the difference between the non-package and package prices. Packages are transferable to other dogs within the same house hold.

❖Prices are subject to change at any time.

❖Cancellation Policy: Day Care- Please understand that we are full most days and have a waiting list, especially during the summer months.  If you know you will not be bringing your dog(s) on a scheduled day you must call by 6:30 a.m. that morning to cancel.  This allows us time to call the next client on the waiting list and give their dog(s) the opportunity to have a fun day at The Bark Park.  Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the following charges:

•1st violation- no charge

•2nd violation- $9 charge

•3rd and subsequent violations- $18 charge or a day taken off  your package.
